Most people try to get better at running by logging more miles, rather than trying to improve on how they run. Learning proper running mechanics is the forefront of this program, as improved running mechanics will not only allow you to run faster and farther with less effort, it will also significantly reduce time lost to injury.

Distance and programming are an afterthought until mechanics are dialed in!

Level 1 focuses on posturing, mechanics, skills and drills
Level 2 focuses on stride patterning (pre-requisite Level 1)
Level 3 focuses on speed development (pre-requisites Level 1 & 2)

Level 1 starts Saturday May 19th @ 8:30am at the Oak Bay Highschool Track!

Time: Saturdays 8:30 am
Cost: $99 for the 4 -week program
*Each session customized to you and your abilities
**Bio-Mechanical Gait Analysis and Movement Screen required as a separate one-one appointment to be completed before first session – Cost $55
***Program maxes at 10 participants with a minimum of 6 for program to run

Kettle Bell Strength and Conditioning Level 1 

Kettle Bell training is by far the most efficient way to burn fat and gain strength.

Don’t be intimidated if you have never used Kettle Bells before, each session will get progressively more difficult in nature based on movements and intensity. The program is designed so that you progress along with it from a beginner level. This program is suited for all fitness levels and experience because the intensity of the workout in Level 1 can always be adjusted based on the weight of the Kettle Bells being used.

Level 1 starts Tuesday May 15 @ 4:30pm
and continues Tuesdays & Thursdays for 4 weeks

Cost: $199 for the 4 -week program (8 pre-registered classes)
